So, if you don't mind me rambling about Pokémas a bit! Allister is normally meant to be used as a pretty "vanilla" Ghost dps. There have been better options released after him but I still use him because I love him. However, due to the weird Dynamax mechanics the game was trying to foist on Galar characters back then, Allister also has Drain Punch as a "coverage" move, which can turn into a Fighting Max Move. With Kieran being designed to be a Fighting dps enabler, with atk + crit buffs he can use on himself or an ally (pun not intended), Allister can theoretically turn into a competent physical Fighting dps with a Max Move nuke. To complete a team exclusively composed of cute onion boys, Alli's Halloween alt can be the tank. Of course, with Kiki also being a pretty good debuffer, the team can focus on Ghost damage instead.

Pasio Kiki already shows curiosity towards a healthy, balanced diet... cute.
Aside from obvious Juliana, Kiki can also have synergy with other Fighting dps characters, like Wally/alt Hop/alt Bede, or with Fire-types who will definitely appreciate his Sunny Day. Outside these options, Kiki can be seriously useful in any team (bar the end-game modes that severely limit your team options) due to his AoE debuffs and Potions. He can fit any of your wants and needs, hehe.

And Water and Ice don't really fit his character. Water trainers tend to be fairly alright people, with the most socially distant arguably being Nessa, and even then she's hardly on Kieran's level of negativity. Even Archie, who's outright the villain is much less aloof than his opposite number Maxie.

Another interesting thing related to champion Terastallizations is Nemona's (final) Tera - which rotates between Dark, Fighting and Ghost, depending on which starter you pick.
Rock, Flying and Fighting form a proper resistance/supereffective triangle, the only three types in the game that do so besides ... the obvious, but Psychic/Dark/Fighting (disqualified because Dark is immune, not resistant to Psychic) and Dark/Fighting/Ghost (disqualified because Ghost is not supereffective and is immune, not resistant to Fighting) form less strong triangles.
Regardless of which one it is, it's still part of the pseudo triangle.
I suppose if I'm to bring this to a point, it's this.
