Terapagos and any other tera also gets any item, that Zygarde can have an item too if it's a dynamax, and it seems to be getting a mega in Z-A that may be stoneless like Rayquaza's because why not
Basically you can use any gimmick super form without using items except for Necrozma, Groudon and Kyogre's ones.
