For me, it's on-model AG anime art-style gens of May flippantly doing 'favors' for Brock, who is once again probably asking for "one last one" with his hand already pushing her head down for the 110th day in a row (the scenario varies). My head-canon is she subconsciously kinda likes it, he does make her good food, which is basically her equivalent of Brock's horniness, and take her shopping and is somewhat above average but she has to play it cool and at least put up some show of resistance. At first she was offended that he was obviously thinking about Joy or Jenny during it, but she got over it, she just sees the whole thing as "Brocks gonna Brock".
Sometimes I add some brief subtitles to the image to fit the way her expression and pose etc. comes out, maybe threatening to bite it next time he tries it, or saying "fine, ONE more...", something like that. They're not a romantic couple, he just has very persistent needs and it falls on her to help him out now he knows he can get what he needs from her. They've never had actual sex but maybe they will in the future.
I think they're pretty cute. Maybe eventually she'll become more dominant and learn to tease him more, maybe making him wait until later, or refusing to continue until he agrees to her plans for the day or whatever. something about her ORAS design that doesn't hit as hard for me as her original design. I love seeing May, but when I see her with that design it does nothing for me.
I think ORAS makes her look a bit too girly for my tastes. OG had the perfect mix of girly tomboy energy.

The actual model looks a bit like some kind of dinosaur but the animation is quite nice so far.
Her neck looks weird because it's like the head is meant to be seen top down but the neck and body are from straight ahead (in case it seemed off but you weren't sure why, that happens my pixel art sometimes). You might get away with scooching it forward (down a bit) but there's a definite clash of angles. I'd probably just give her more face personally, makes it easier for her to emote anyway, making it more of a front view than a top view to be consistent with her body.

round off those corners, and it should be good.
try taking one off and two off and see which looks best. it's a lot of trial and error to get it to look ideal at this resolution.
Squint at it, hard. you should be able to see those hard corners on either side stand out obviously from the round shape you're most likely going for when you do. think what shape you expect a section to be, squint at it, figure out which part is messing up your shape, and fix, doesn't matter if it's an entire limb or a tiny detail, it's all about making its shape look right during the squint test. the more context, the better.
You can add more 'detail' to your shapes by having two (or more shades) for the outline, a lighter pixel can round off a corner, or make a neighbouring section look wider when squinted at. I think a more advanced method is using your lighter shade more often and using the dark ones to show the true line, the line within the line, like the pixels that are bang on where they're supposed to be and not at all offset because of the resolution. A pixel art line will naturally be jagged but you can use your dark pixels to draw a straight line through it, or show the curve better since curves often look clumsy in pixels. Hopefully that makes sense.
