I HATE to have a meltdown over an obvious bait thread, but you got it. I will answer your question in a way you will understand: Tepig is NOT an honorary Johto starter, it is not a Johto starter, and it is probably not even a starter because we do not even know how ZA's story is gonna go.
I'll tell you what Tepig is. He is an intruder that nobody likes and nobody wants to raise. The TPC twitter ran a poll shortly after the reveal that Cyndaquil would not be returning, and there Tepig scored the least in popularity compared to Totodile and Chikorita. And that is because japanese fans are not ignorant enough to choose the intruder. He is the least popular starter because casuals want Samurott and the pros want Serperior. Nobody wants the ugly pig that is the $598 fire/fight starter, except that it is a worse and fat pig Blaziken.
So if nobody will even raise this pig, why did OP go through the trouble of making a threat?
