Correct me if I am wrong but it also says Chinese city contest entry and all, might be legit off model card fanart that somehow slipped through the quality control. I wouldn't be shocked if Victreebel had a design downgrade mega evo but at same time I find this card as some artistic liberty take that feels wrong, at same time I wonder why someone in China is already aware of a potential mega design that is currently supposed to be secret.
But yeah, the design is quite different from the original Victreebel, honestly would be very lame, knowing GF did some caricature alike changes for Pokemon species regional forms, gigantomax and megas but this one would have no appeal unless it has an explanation and special ability gimmick.

That's my point, the cropped pic has been spammed as "official" leak for a while but it seems some amateur illustration so far.

Emma uses Malamar in XY so it makes more sense to show off her Mega instead of a seemingly random one like Victreebel. But I think Victreebel is more likely to be shown off.
