According to other sites she's roughly 75mm tall which would make her 150cm tall like many other protagonists. That said, the estimate for Adaman's figure was 95mm (190cm, same as Volo) and the final one was 90mm (180cm) so the final Serena figure could be slightly taller.

They don't really do gens in order. They do figures depending on what's trending. Lugia and Ho-oh came out this year(along other Johto mons), gen 8 was done for a few characters and mons, Legends Arceus figures are realeasing later this year, and gen 9 has a lot of figures already.
There are a few figures from gen 1-4 but gens 5 to 7 were skipped, until now for 6,in favor of more recent ones, hence the release of gen 6 figures to align with Legends ZA.

Nope, the first set was Kanto (obviously) but the second one was Galar. Then they were some back and forth. They didn't release any scale world paradox mon for instance, they could come in a few years after gen 6,5 or 10.

That's what I said, the current games are prioritized. After Gen 8 we've got Gen 9 and the legends, obvioulsy gen 5 and 7 are going to take more time to receive some figures since they've haven't got games related to their region in a while. Because of ZA some gen 5 mons will receive their figures anyway. The Legends Arceus set already have a few.

It's either they might finish up the Johto gym leaders, or do some gen 5 or Hoenn stuff during the down time between gen 10's reveal and its release.

Although they might hold on Unova even longer assuming they'll do a Unova game during gen 10, so they could do cross promotion with that

First batch up Sinnoh stuff for BDSP and the ZA figures were a couple years apart, so they might do some ZA figures sometime during a gap year in the latter half of gen 10
