Secondly. By the meme’s logic Typhlosion is the predator, not the people who picked it. If anything people who picked typhlosion would be grooming victims, especially since they were overwhelmingly 10 or younger when they first met typhlosion.

typhlosionfags have not matured a day past the age of ten when they were playing GSC or HGSS for the first time. they are children perpetually high on their own nostalgia, but they cannot handle the idea that other people don't love their childhood the way they do. they are incapable of separating "this is my favorite" from "this is the best". an insult to typhlosion is an insult to them. they are sentimental but volatile and flip out at the slightest provocation.
meganiumfags, on the other hand, are bitter. meganium has been the worst pokemon starter to ever exist for 2 1/2 decades now. the recent wave of shitposting was spurred on by a perceived victory over typhlosion and chikorita's subsequent inclusion in legends za. but this victory is hollow, and the shitposting does little to hide an underlying rage. the debasement of typhlosion has not made meganium more popular, and meganiumfags know this.
