i just don't really get why he's like that? my best guess is hes supposed to be full and hes holding his throat shut with a noose to keep a bunch of writhing caterpies in his elastic body cavity. maybe he has like a cramorant thing where he shoots them out? but as it is it just looks like hes hanging himself over body image issues.
