basically, if you're over, like, 20 years old, starmie is one of the faces of the franchise and deserves the boost more than most other mons
more pokemon should be 100% faceless, that unique attribute combined with the alien implications makes starmie my favorite kantomon
it's a pretty fun fast special attacker to use in game too
