If the leaks were from an early copy, it's not impossible that there's Megas in that list that got scrapped or that there's a few Megas that didn't exist at the time of the build.

Unless there's something to suggest otherwise there's no reason to believe there's any more megas than what is being leaked. They're not released in particularly large batches and the Legends games don't have as much commitment as the main series if PLA is anything to go by so I doubt there'd be DLC.
Machamp has already had its shill moments, its simply the most appropriate Pokemon for a wrestling match of the selection of Mon available in Kalos.
It's just common sense dude, Machamp has had its time in the G-Max sun and its no Charizard or Pikachu, so there's no reason to believe it'd get any more than its already gotten.
