She sucks. She's ass, honestly. She's UU in the fanfic meta obviously because she's popular. There is no way to make her work in a meaningful way. She's specially defensive, where all the special moves hit her for neutral+, her big retard move is worthless with her 77 attack, 77, she doesn't have any big fuck you moves to use mold breaker on, she only has bulldoze for the occasional Rotom, her specialty move is worthless on anyone who wouldn't get blown up either way. Even if you play to her strength, Special Defense pivot, she just throws out stealth rocks and gets one thunderwave off before getting obliterated by a physical move.
She's USELESS.
