Leaking the megas was a mistake. There's no exciting surprises before release, and there's nothing to discuss battle viability since ZA isn't revealing abilities for Champions.

Its a bit rough, as much as it will probably be novel and kinda fun, the PLZA battle system obviously doesnt have that same strategic depth the classic series battles have. Megas are returning but in this game they're essentially the equivalent of a transformation super / final smash in a fighting game or smash bros, rather than something you build a strategy around.

I know champions is where those battles will take place, but I'm also pretty saddened to see that Z-moves, Terastral, and dynamax will all find their way back in too, I was really hoping the return of Megas was going to be: "okay we picked a gimmick now we wont keep trying something new and also completely retarded every single new gen"
