I had a neighbour who had one after moving to Unova from Galar. Eventually it got to the point where I went to Orre, hired a Team Snagem goon and had them snag the Exploud.
Barely cost a thing and now my neighbour is too depressed to catch any more Mon so I get to live in peace!

Got a pretty weird story of some Chatots that live outside my complex.
>Working on some prints for an electrical complex late at night
>Open the window for some fresh air cus been computer rotting for hours at this point
>Stand by the window for a bit before going back to work but leave it open
>Overhear the usual starly and pidoves crowing on about whatever
>Eventually, a chatot joins their call, singing with human voices
>Think not much about it, they're known to do that
>It gets worse when what sounds like a fight starts between the birds
>Goes from human singing to human screaming, complete bloody murder type shit
>After the fight quiets down hear the chatot say in a child's voice "Please let us go" over and over and over
>I shut the window at that point
Should I like, report this to someone? I know chatot can travel cus they're fuckin birds but there's been news about kids disappearing at night around my neighborhood
