There can be some level of variation with specific individuals of the species. I'd say they'd likely feel they have to clean, even it's because it's bothering some and they don't like it or whatever.

I'm guessing you mean this one:

It speaks of a Wild Cinccino, which is interesting as Cinccino is Evolution Stone evo. This Pokédex Entry feels kind of like an exception to what we usually get for Cinccino. The frustrations of a Wild Cinccino, having to actually clean like Minccino do with little to no help.
It seems like they both take the cleaning thing in different directions.
Also that gif, what a nice moment of that Cinccino so easily becoming clean, by doing whatever that is.
