Merely having pretty, cute, pink or girly stuff in a franchise is nowhere near enough to make it a franchise with a female only target audience or even one of a mostly female target audience. Pokémon as a true female focused franchise would have had far more drastic changes to what we know it as than a few girl/pretty/pink/cute and other feminine things here and there. Pokémon is a franchise with variety, of course it has some stuff to appeal to females.

hrt can halt balding, but i don’t think it does much for regrowth. i think you’d have to do something like minoxidil (i think these types of hair regrowth strategies are in the link i provided anyway) or a hair transplant if you don’t want wigs. i’m not super sure though, i haven’t tried since my hair isn’t too bad
