i'm so glad they started making crossgen evos again; farigiraf, dudunsparce, and kleavor are instant classics, already some of my fav mons ever. i hope they bring back baby mons next.

Rolycoly is my favorite mon of all time, he’s just a cool little guy.
Shame about his evos. Maybe he’ll get a regional form with something better.

Something that keeps the wheels as a main focus instead of phasing them out. There’s some great fakemon art of a train final evo.

i really hope this guy gets a crossgen evolution sooner rather than later, i like him but they really did not fully execute on the concept here. sewing machine spider is such a logical next step and yet they just stopped at the thread bobbin, seems like a no brainer to keep going. hope he breaks the early bug curse, we really deserve a half decent spider mon after 30 years.

really underrated imo, i wish we saw this restrained design philosophy more often.
It's the kind of simplicty we had a lot of in older gens, particularly Johto and it was nice to see them make mons that feel like they're from that time again.
Some might find them bland, but I think they're exactly what Pokemon should look like.

I was disappointed at this line being another case of
>it just gets bigger
But after seeing how many jobmons Paldea added I'm glad they were restrained instead of randomly growing a nurse hat and labcoat to represent Revival Blessing or something like that and I was going to consoom it anyway
