Did anyone find a way to evolve trade evo mons or does it require actual trade ? (I know the link cable isn't in the game)

Do we actually know what the A in Z-A stands for? I know Z is Zygarde, and I think people were theorizing it being a new mon, but the datamines have shown that not only are there no new mons but Arceus, my guess, isn't there either.

i was able to get an early level 19 emolga by standing on the edge of this building here and sending my fletchling to attack it across the gap

I'm not so far, but the game is very pretty, the sound is amazing, the battle mecanic is fun, but a bit rusty, movement and catching are an arceus improvement.

My biggest complain is really the urban setting, lumiose doesn't seems to change or vary depending on your location, it looks like the same until now, its probably going to be very boring. But there are some nice touches, like mareep sleeping together, or wild bunnelby laying in the wall while resting... this in a normal pokemon enviroment would be perfect

Man you can make some decent jumps across roofs with sprinting into a roll and get access to a lot of other pokemon and areas quickly.
Just spent a few attempts at this Pidgeotto near WZ3 you can get to by jumping to a nearby roof from where the holovator takes you. Fell completely off the building a few times trying to not die.

combat feels incredibly shallow. i appreciate the attempt to innovate, but the result is a clusterfuck of a battle system that simultaneously feels overstimulating and extremely tedious to interact with. i rarely feel like i can actually appreciate what's happening, and like all pokemon games ZA isn't really difficult enough to actually capitalize on what depth there is to the mechanics.
so far there's been very little variation in the structure of the gameplay:
>catch wild pokemon
>fight trainers
>fight mega pokemon who want to kill you
>repeat
and it doesn't really hit the same way as traditional pokemon for me. an improvement over arceus though.

it really is just hit the buttons when they're off cooldown.
I do like how Whirlpool has been adapted into a ground effect that you can kind of work around, I'm curious if theres more moves with interesting adaptions to this system that might be more fun to engage with.
