Semi-legit. In the game's data, all of those mons have blank entry data which is similar to what happened in some previous games with their DLC mons, in addition to a lot of "missing" form data and three mega stones (Zeraora/Darkrai/Heatran) being found in the day 1 update files. Most likely all these mons will be in the DLC, but it's probably not the full story.
Also for what it's worth Thievul specifically is technically already seen in-game on a billboard, but it also appears alongside some mons who aren't listed so it's not a dead giveaway.

Last one, bottom right, furthest end, might be Golisopod. Would complement mega scizor well.
A mega Genesect would rival Mega Mewtwo. Cool. A Mega Meloetta could have a third form unrelated to its combat/normal form. A mega Cryogonal to contrast mega Glalie.

Mega Golisopod would be the best addition and hopefully substitute its ability with anything else.
