God that would have been so much better, at least we seem to be going back to past in the next game, this whole time skip shit isn't that cool when you fill the whole game with OC's and don't get to see the old characters aged up.

I knew that it was an XY sequel with zones dedicated to wild Pokemon since Pokemon Day 2024. All the signs were there, but people kept swearing up and down that it was PLA with a Kalos skin.
