It's incredible how Gamefreak ruined Gatr's Mega so bad that I even started appreciating Mega Aerodactyl by comparison, yeah sure it's just craggy and spiky and doesn't do anything interesting with the design, but I'll take it over an actual fucking abomination that feels like it was deliberately made to be terrible.
