I watched the video and no he doesn't. The only time he mentions Dark Souls is when he's talking about how stupid the dodge roll is. He never once said the game was hard in any way and spends most of the video repeating that he just facerolls all the trainers because they all only have 2 shitmons. The only time he got frustrated was when his Talonflame kept getting caught on geometry.
