All other mainline games take place in modern times, why make a game (PLA) that breaks the mold by finally letting us explore a region in a drastically different time period only to backpedal in the next fucking iteration? Of course I'm not assuming they'll never do a Legends game set in the distant past or future again, but Kalos has enough lore to warrant being seen in a completely different light. What a fucking waste.
