Pretty bulky, okayish offensive stats, whopping 100 base speed, good movepool and while it's abilities are nothing special, they are not detrimental.
The only little issue is that Poison Bomb TM is post-game locked in FRLG. But it's a non-issue if you don't play to run Tenta as mixed attacked.
