There is almost 100 Megas now including the leaked DLC ones. Even if by some miracle Flygon ended up getting one he would be one of those no one would ever put on their team because he’d only have 620 BST and no minmaxed stat spread. A Mega wouldn’t save Flygon at this point. A regional/convergent form would have a better shot.

Well, whatever he gets (which I kinda hope he does get something) I hope it's neat. Part of me can't help but feel a little annoyed that Garchomp is getting a second Mega and...Emboar got one before mons that resonate with me more like Flygon and Infernape. Oh well.

I wouldn’t mind if this to a tee was the design for Mega Flygon once it comes around. Does Mega Feraligatr’s whole concept but with actually good execution and cleanly acknowledges the design attributes of the entire line.
