So, what, you just want a clear coat? Dude, you can just do that that yourself. Hell, they make spray-on clear coat. That being said, why do you even need to clear coat it? Depending on the size of the piece, you can protect it in permanent ways. If it's the same size as a real card, just stick it in a sleeve and toploader.
