It's not AI, these appear to be a match for the scrapped Duke Nukem D-DAY game, featuring a previously undocumented alternate title. Somebody recently revealed that they had a copy of D-Day, so maybe this is the same person. n-space, the dev, went defunct several years ago and a chunk of their internal stuff showed up for sale afterwards, so I wouldn't be surprised if somebody got ahold of either HDDs or discs with this game on them.
This would be a lot of fun to see, though I assume it would be another iteration of their Time to Kill formula.

i like duke as a character more than his games but if i had to pick one i'd say duke 3D but i like the more pseudo-attempts/spiritual successors at a duke game like ion fury, eat lead or bulletstorm better than the actual duke games.

I tried it on a whim once when I was bedridden with a cold some years back. It was actually pretty good, reasonably fun and satisfying shooting action, and sometimes the game was actually funny.
It's a bit of a pastiche of Duke Nukem and Duke Nukem 2.
