I love HK cinema and I saw City many yesrs ago but how are they even comparable? Dogs is based on City's 3rd act only.

Seen both and hard disagree. Also Reservoir Dogs copies maybe like two minutes from that movie at best. Prison on Fire is the superior movie. Haven't seen School on Fire yet so I can't vouch for that.
