Earthworm Jim 2. Not entirely fair, but shit like Puppy Love, Flyin' King, and Inflatable Head pretty much dominate my recollection of the game. Particularly Puppy Love, which they made you repeat over and over (yes, yes, you had to do Andy Asteroids multiple times in the first game, but at least that was somewhat enjoyable and didn't feature that grating cover of Tarantella Napoletana)
