That's not true though. They used her KOF96 sprites with the butt jiggle kick all the way through XI, then her XIII sprite set has a ton of outrageous ass shots. And her XIV model is basically the same as her XV model minus a few adjustments, it shard to say if they even did anything to her ass and legs.

Over the years they changed/added some animations here and there, new moves, intros, win poses, etc. In Neo Geo Battle Coliseum they gave her a new idle stance and changed her default color palette a bit. But most of the sprites were the same since 96, including the butt jiggle kick that started this thread.
The above is for KOF + NGBC + SvC Chaos. In the Fatal Fury games she had different sprites. And of course CvS is totally different, that was made by Capcom. And finally there's the Neo Geo Pocket and Game Boy games but I don't think anyone is gooning to those.
