Games That Ground You
I wanna know what games have that special ability to bring you out of a funk, like a digital antidepressant. For me it's picrel, specifically the original version (not TCS which I honestly don't know if it's retro or not). It's just a calming experience for me. The gameplay is very satisfying, even if it's not difficult. It's a personal favorite and I'm not even a Star Wars fan.

I have the same thing. The same game same ver. Sound effects are very nice, stress free game with good payoff: Kingdom Hearts II comes pretty close, San Andreas recently got me through the worst year of my life so far

Morrowind and Oblivion feel like home. Soule's soothing music plays a role, but there's also the absolute freedom and bite sized content. Easy to pick up and go where the wind takes me. Or not, and just chill.

Very depressing game
feels like a limbo since there is no dialogue and no challenge.
