>1 minute left
>1 last graffiti spot
>in the middle of a tricky jump
>game does an EBIN INSTANT REPLAY without warning
>switches back to gameplay after the replay without any way to anticipate it
>fall into traffic due to being caught off-guard
>get hit by and land on car
>carried out of the level before the recovery animation finishes
Fuck SEGA and their janky piece of shit games.

Good for a rental. Sure, you turn it off and go back to playing Tony Hawk a day before you have to return it but you still get your money's worth.

Nah, its painful to play. Man does it feel bad to collide with the wall because the character is too stiff to control or its too fucking hard to fling off the wall. Feels really bad when the character doesnt attach to the rail. Worst of all, losing momentum.

Damn, I really wanna play this. Is emulating it the only way? Whats the best way to play this game?

Best: Getting an Xbox, buying a copy from eBay and playing that way.
Easiest: Emulating on Xemu and getting an ISO someplace, minor issues but it'll run fine.

Might as well have never even existed.

All Xbox emulation exists specifically to make this game work. Seriously any attempt at making a working XBox aims to make Halo and JSRF playable first and foremost. It was iffy for longer than PS2 or GameCube , but it’s been workable for at least the last 5 years.

Don't forget about Conkers Bad Fur Day. The XBox version is quite great.

Trapped? Bro all in for the game controller and system if you look for a week or two maybe 50-60 bucks. Xbox’s last I checked anyway were damn near worthless.

the fun thing about Future is that it's like they built a game out of shitposting criticism of the physics in JSR.
In JSR, you cannot avoid the pull of gravity. everything you do it to counteract that momentum
If you're used to JSR and then jump to JSRF, the change is immediately noticeable. Even tapping a vertical rail will send you magnetically riding atop it. It's like they were tweaking the physics engine and ended up doing a complete opposite and ran with it. It feels like a joke, but it makes it so much more fun to play casually

If they're still in working order, that it.
