>Darkman for NES
Based on the Raimi cult-classic.
The game actually has surprising good graphics, presentation, and music.

It even adapted some interesting ideas from the movie, such as photographing enemies and then making masks to disguise yourself as them. While in disguise, you also use their weapons, à la Megaman. (although you're in disguise EVERYONE sees right through and still wants to kill you, lmao)
Unfortunately, most of the game is an absolute SHIT platformer. The controls are slippery, yet many obstacles require precise timing and position. I particularly hated the rail sections. You quickly have to pick a direction and often there was no way to tell which lead to safety or death. The hit detection also seems inconsistent, making enemies more annoying than needed.
