Honestly it is so funny seeing people here complaining over prices, because even for their popularity retro game collecting is mid level when it comes to collectables.
Most everything is under $50. There is only one instance of something over 100k (nwc carts), one real instance of over $50,000 (stadium events), and very few examples of anything over $1000. Even all those limited consoles are $500
This is really cheap for a collecting hobby. It is mid level because it has a lot and a higher base so it is not the bottom level of collecting, but a hell of a lot more have most expensive collecting prices before even getting to the real high end stuff

That game was my first preordered game and I am glad I held onto it since it is such a meaningful game to me personally. That is why we must support preservation efforts.
