I can't stand the fact that the developer took the isometric interface usability feature of cut-off building tops and made it actually part of the world design. We know what that city looks like. Every building is not neatly cut down right past the second floor. There are skyscraper ruins still mostly standing. It's a huge metropolis. The only reason buildings are rendered in Fallout that way is so that a player could see what the fuck is on the north side of structures. When you play a map where nothing needs to be seen north, everything is rendered in full scale.
Frankly, the fact that the developer did not understand this simple visual feedback design makes me concerned about the game design. If you can't comprehend why a developer would make highrise buildings invisible in a game rendered from a 22.5° upward angle, then what kind of baffling user interface design would you put in your game, completely oblivous about how uplayable it makes your game?

It's made by an artmonkey. Artmonkeys are not known to have any kind of intellect or logical reasoning, so they just mindlessly ape the surface-level visuals of projects with 0 understanding for why it is the way it is.
It's why indie games which attempt to look like retro games never do. The artmonkey brain is incapable of logic.

Looks okay. There was a Fallout mod I played years ago that was sex themed. All I remember about it is that the vault dweller has a ten inch dick and you can fuck Tandi into a coma either before or after saving her from the raiders. This looks slightly better than that, but i'd still love to play that mod again.

I don't see it.

The stuff that looks like 3D rendered graphics is just a 2D image you can do yourself right now and the only thing stopping you is because of patience and effort. The sprite specific damage reactions for enemies and smooth sprites animations is literally just smooth doom (gzdoom has supported more elaborate sprite animations for a long time but nobody ever wanted to utilize it) and brutal doom (the sprite specific damage reactions).
Hell gzdoom even has post-processing effects like the motion blur now.

The 3D objects are just map props fyi.
