I'm more bothered by the fact that the wii and cube games are not segregated

I consider them the same console. I'd do the same with PSX and PS2 if the cases were uniform

This collection is very modest. Maybe even *too* modest.

I bought this in a lot because it had Red Dead and MGS2 in it, and I can't sell it

Do you consider the PS2 and PS3 the same console?
Anonymous No.12153640 [Report] >>12153785
>>12153617
No. Backwards compatibility isn't meaningfully existent. Meanwhile my PS2 Slim has ran every PSX game I've put in it fine. The PS3 is also a PSX in this way. If it natively plays or emulates another console's physical games close to native, it's also that console

I'm moving and getting new shelves. Careful curation vs rotting plastic getting no love, is my get down.

To an extent. But they should have new thermal paste pads installed on all heat sinks, once acquired anyway, thus nullifying the majority of issues with the 60GB Pianos. Any superficial marring can be rectified, if need be.

I found it far more worth getting both a PS2 and PS3. Same price and less messing around, although I did end up opening my PS3 and giving it paste

The 1991 Campus Challenge. I have that one, too. I made it a point to obtain the tournament multi-carts. Given they were never released, that the original hardware is rare and obscure, I figured these high quality repros were in good order. Rare these days. The Powerfest was the most expensive.
Anonymous No.12154392 [Report]
>>12154228
Same logic though. PS2 is still extremely viable in 2025 as a stand-alone platform. So the need for a 60GB Piano is lower, other than the niche. Still, they're an awesome piece of hardware.

I also picked up a repro of the Blockbuster World Video Game Championships II multi-cart on the Sega Genesis tournament. This one was a bit harder to track down. Although, I've never found a repro of the first Genesis tournament Blockbuster held or ROM, to make my own repro even.

>Idolatry
The Lord knows there will be things that peak our interest. It's not idolatry if all glory goes to God, as he was the provider of the spark of creative imagination, that ultimately results in the things or hobbies that interest us. From sports to games to music.

Sculptures are okay bro. It's encouraged to shape clay, attempt to emulate the creator, and create aesthetic forms from which there was none.
Literally it's a big point to the whole meaning of life thing. Make god smile and try to make life here on earth look and feel like heaven.
