are the versions listed under classic in diablo 2 resurrected in the battle store the real unchanged versions? they say resurrected on them despite being in the classic section and being much cheaper than the main product, I wouldn't put it past blizzard to just dump legacy mode there as it's own thing instead of the old game

I remembered midway through this mission that I could still produce battlecruisers. I thought I’d locked myself out of it since I chose to destroy the Dominion’s nukes.

Needless to say, I finished it quickly once I assembled a fleet.

in fact D2R is so shitty that I played the game for a whole month and then found CBR and switched to classic because I had so much more fun being able to just lose myself into finding unique items with no fucking level requirement. Like why the fuck do games even have level requirements on items, its such a bullshit mechanic. You know why people like games like castlevania symphony of the night? because you can literally play the game with a randomizer, find the crissagram at level 1, and be over powered as fuck at level 1. That is fun. Makes the game feel like you're playing an anime about starting a new life in another world with over powered skills. Game devs just don't know how to make good games anymore and it really fucking shows with all this modern souls like bullshit games.

Psuedo-sequence-breaking isn't exactly comparable to just being given an item by a separate character that is much further ahead in the game. Trading and boosting is why there are level requirements.

yes they are, and it's much more common than on expansion, because you can't replace barb and sorc with runewords and mercs, but people mostly do it for p8 online.

Do you not visit multiple threads like this? There aren't that many people and they play other things. The threads are propped up by whatever means so that there is a consistent place for those people to find each other whenever one of them has something to say. As opposed to them making a new thread each time which the others are likely to not see.
