I love Nintendo and SEGA to death but I can honestly understand why PlayStation thrashed them in the 5th & 6th generation.

N64 had analog first then Sega and Sony copied that. Putting a 2nd analog stick was and still is retarded.

I heard a rumor that the N64 literally couldn't handle any more inputs, which is why they had to drop the Select button from SNES.

PS1 either had dual analog sticks or none at all which is preferable for me.

A system with literally only a single stick feels so awkward, N64 I can understand since it’s built around it but Dreamcast or even the PSP not having that second stick when they could’ve easily had was retarded.
