NTA but if you go with Hadvar you can take all the blacksmithing materials from Alvor's house for free. I'm pretty sure you also get better prices from him because of that disposition boost.
Also if you go with Ralof you have to wait through all the dialogue before the door gets unlocked if you just want to run through the dungeon, while with Hadvar you can just grab the key from the chest and run through the dungeon as soon as he unties your hands if you don't feel like going through all that business.

From a purely mechanical perspective, Hadvar is generally the better choice. I would say Ralof is better only if you want a full set of steel-tier heavy armor early.

first time I played I didn't realize you could choose who to enter the keep with, I just kept following the imperial guy since thats what I was doing so far, I would have sided with Ralof otherwise
