Anybody who disagrees is too dumb for roleplaying excellence that is Fantasy Life: The Girl Who Steals Time. In ten years, youtubers will write 4 hours long essays about Fantasy Life: The Girl Who Steals Time, it's intricate RPG systems, and complex plot, that will put stuff like Planescape: Torment to shame.

Took me about 60 hours. Not 100% but completing most things. If your goal is just to beat the story, you could probably do it in 30-40 hours but I find that's a very unfun way to play RPGs

Grown adults would look at how much vital knowledge is intentionally obfuscated to force you into obtuse experimentation and trial-and-error that they'd turn tail. Children are content to either follow a wiki/guide to a T or to endlessly play the same stupid shit over and over until they get bored.
Adults have no patience for bullshit because their lived experiences have taught them that their time has value. Nethack is not a game for adults.
