I'll start with "From Out of The Storm" in BG1EE. A big reason the BBEG boss fight in the undercity temple became iconic is due to this epic and glorious OST.

Your choice is interesting though. I usually prefer something with more of a complex melody, but this does a great job of using simple elements to create feeling, which is what music is all about really.
And sometimes context makes all the difference. I don't think the final boss music of Shadowrun: Dragonfall is all that great as a battle track, or in terms of composition, but it was fantastic hearing during the climax of the game https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGRu24qWcXQ
