I player Pathfinder as a lich ans it was okay-ish, i heard playing as swarm is even more edgy

Nwn2: Mask of the Betrayer. The OC campaign is pretty meh for playing evil, but you can be an absolute monster in MotB. You can completely fuck all your companions over in the cruelest ways throughout the game, perform extreme acts of cruelty (and not just "I ATTACK YOU NOW DIE") and One of Many is one of the best evil minions in any game I have played. If you fully embrace the curse, the Evil ending let's you become a real horror.
