Is nobody going to point out that the picture isn't making fun of JRPGs? Read the two paragraphs at the top. The picture is making fun of the fact that those WRPG protagonists have exhaustive backstories, making them poor self-inserts despite WRPGs generally being better at letting the player roleplay, juxtaposing them with JRPG protagonists who make for good self-inserts, despite their games not letting you do much role-playing.
