Is RPG Codex a good site for discussing RPGs?
Just having a look at it and it seems to be popualted by the same people as here.
Even though they keep accusing the janitors here of trying to censor them.

I mostly lurk there same as here, but there's a bit more constructive and insightful discussion to be found over there.
The site has been around a while, and managed to attract some very passionate and insightful posters/writers and is thus a pretty good resource on many things related to RPGs, but also games in general.

Not really, outside of some niche topics that don't get discussed elsewhere. Terrible site for JRPG discussion, terrible site for most RPG discussion in general. The community is a mix of some genuinely knowledgeable and insightful people, and smug retards who think they're knowledgeable and insightful. So the whole place has a vibe of unwarranted elitism. And then there's a crop of more recent posters who seem to have heard the site has lax moderation, so they came there to post /pol/ shit without actually caring all that deeply about RPGs.
