It might not have the best writing but it sure is as fun as RPGs get. I like the theme of building back civilization, I cannot think of any other game like that.

Still better than your favorite RPG, fags.

76 was better. Fixed the jank with the build system, and I don't have to worry about everyone crying because I don't constantly hold their hand.

It's a bethesda game so overall decent conversation is impossible unlike a chink booba gacha or a retro rpg with 2 hours of content stretched across 15 hours of grinding. I will say Fallout 4 is underrated here and when I see the other games people play here, it doesn't deserve the visceral hate it gets at all. There simply is no other game like it.

It's set 200 years after the nuclear war, it's absurd that they're only starting now.

It's better than 3 but that's not a very high bar. 3 might be one of the worst action RPGs ever made.

If you want a timeline that makes sense you're meant to ignore everything Bethesda developed. 3 and 4 have the post-apocalyptic progress level of something lesser to even that of Fallout 1, despite being set over a hundred years after it.

It stems from love, /vrpg/ has played Bethesda games for most of their lives. Decades and thousands of hours.

The story and dialogue in all Bethesda games has gone downhill since Morrowind. The hate it gets is justified. Only a casual gamer would say otherwise.

>choose weapon with higher stats

How is that even rpg?.

They start attacking before you even do something, and shouldn't higher stats weapon be stronger then smaller weapon?

I had this epic encounter with a deathclaw out in the wasteland, it appears and all one can do is dive in and out of tunnels to get away. Fallout 4 is incredible
