How does anyone enjoy any of the persona games?
Might genuinely be one of the shittiest times I've had with any vidya.
Anonymous No.3840363
because people who play persona are retarded

I enjoyed Persona 1 back in the day. Haven't been able to finish anything past 3.

4 only has two. Three has four if you don't count the mobile spinoff that's sorta canon but not really

1 is an interesting game, though it might feel to old for you.

I like the "aesthetic" but the date sim-like "social links" you have to do turned me off so I haven't tried a single game.

Because they are well made, have good presentation, good music, good stable progression, some likeable characters, a solid combat system and is a bit different from the JRPG norm.
I don't see what's so difficult to understand about this.
And before you make a reply just to say that the games are shit again, maybe you should mention all these other great games you're clearly familiar with that makes you call this series shit. If you want to be credible and spark a discussion that is.

You people are so dramatic lol. Just say you didn't like it, why does everything have to be either the best thing ever or the worst thing ever

All I heard for over a decade was what a masterpiece this game was and then I played it and was mostly unimpressed and thought it was overhyped. Like I can see how if you were 13 in 2009 when you played this that it could change your life but playing it now I just don't see the appeal.

can't get people to argue with you otherwise

I played and finished 2 of them(played 3 too but didnt finish)

I don't really like the gameplay that much, but 5 was fine. I played it for the story and "day management" BS

Shin Megami Tensei III-V are all better than this game simply because they are fun to play. Not only do they have better combat, but also better themes and worlds. Persona games are simply not fun to play, at least for me.
