That shit's been "in development" since Pantheon was just a sperm. And we all know how Pantheon turned out. Even Adrullan seems further along, and it was a fucking Minecraft mod originally.

Pantheon died with Brad. This game is much more promising from what i've seen. Feels just like Everquest, unlike Pantheon. They still need to add the underdark or whatever, but a lot of the world is there already.
