I don't understand the point of a remaster for this game. It runs fine on modern systems and you can get it for less than a dollar. Honestly I'd prefer a remake if it added additional content and gameplay mechanics. At least it would be something different rather than just removing the soul from the game.

Just beat the game. Honestly the story was kinda disappointing for me, I actually think HR's was more interesting. 95% of the game is just about the virus, either finding ambrosia or trying to destroy it and make a cure. The reveal that it was man made really didn't do anything for me, it was obvious. Then the last bit is Page trying to become a machine god, which was cool but not really that related with the virus plot. The AI stuff was definitely the highlight.
