Stray Children/Moon Remix RPG Adventure
Anyone else playing Stray Children? It just came out in English yesterday. I'm on the 2nd boss.
It's a spiritual successor to Moon Remix RPG Adventure, so if you played and enjoyed that I guarantee you'll enjoy Stray Children
Gameplay is like if Moon and Undertale had a weird ass baby together, it's pretty neat
Moon was already kinda niche and this game seems to be flying under the radar everywhere

This game is like a meteor leaving a blinding trail of light, Its really only meant for those who will appreciate pure sincerity and pure childlike awe of video games. No bullshit attachted, just a game brought to life by the very remnants of those who understood what is behind the magic of RPGs from then, and reminding everyone today, its all about how creative one can be that will make the game something special beyond any tropes or cliches.
Fuck the comparisons to any other game, Stray Children has become its own entity that out performs and introduces a new standard issue for creative RPG like games.

Oh hello only other anon who has been playing
I agree, I love this game already. Moon really affected me in a profound way when I played it, and this game is already tugging at my heartstrings. I feel like it was made for me.

RPGs appealing on vibe and lack of progression and combat mechanics are not for me.

i deleted my save file because I killed the scarecrow
also if you don't cap your framerate the game has a bug where it will take NPCs a million years to do scripted actions like walk to a point

I liked Moon but seems like this is a lot more linear? Not what I was expecting but it's cool so far.
Not concerning myself with pacifying every single enemy on a first playthrough since I've heard it's a bit obtuse at times so I'd rather save it for a second one.
