Weirdest CK2 mod I've encountered was probably this one

It's a large total conversion, made mostly by one guy. It includes many fantasy kingdoms that do not appear in Narnia books, but seem to be based on other fictional Otherworlds. It's weird because the whole thing is both really ambitious and largely unfinished, but all the characters, cultures and religions are right there, it's just the flavour that's lacking.

I used to mod jumpjets on Baneblades in DOW Dark Crusade. I also modded Turkish musketmen in Medieval TW with essentially machine guns by increasing the firing rate and accuracy.

Mod. You can rape whoever you want, but last I checked the mod itself assumes you're only going to rape women or futanari (if enabled in options). Dark World Reborn, but you can turn off the fantasy stuff.

I want to say it was build/stature. It added a bunch of congenital genital traits and more heights/builds and injury statuses. It was far better than CK3 lewd mods which just focus on dumb shit like sex animations. Nobody cares about that, or at least I don't.

This game got wild toward the end of my life. I had raped my way into a super-family of berserker conquerors and took a few as concubines or wives after they conquered enough to realign the pagan faith or adopted other rape babies I liked along the way. This resulted in this uber-valkyrie, who I married off to some asshat with a claim on Saxony. She then promptly conquered Saxony and installed her idiot husband on the throne after getting knocked up by me two days after her wedding.

There is that Civ 4 Colonization mod (which is already schizo enough) made by Russians that moved the entire thing to space, gave you the option to play as the alien natives, and also added an entire tech tree. Complete with it's own lore in the Colopedia.
It's very impressively made even though I'm positive nobody has ever actually completed a game of it.

There used to be an unfinished and very raw mod for civilization II, where you could pick different religions mainstream and esoteric, develop alchemical, magical etc sciences, collect relics etc, with the goal of summoning an angel to crush your enemies.
