FWMC have apparently been spending a lot of time with Liz recently, she gave them advice on VR setup and a bunch of other things. I'm a professional tailor and I shit you not Liz's outfit is fun to make, I've had two girls walk into my shop and ask me if I can make it for them.
Liz herself has all the makings of a brilliantly iconic character design and it alone could take her places.
Cosplays are inevitable when you look as good as Liz, one of the few who can proparly rock her new year's outfit without losing anything from the OG design.

Seems to mostly be a case of Liz availability and Exardian time bullshit.
We joke about it but Liz's Idol journey is the reverse of everyone else.
CC, GG, Raora were all fairly skilled streamers/content creators with an alright following before taking the holopill. They're it shows with how they plan streams and get through games quickly, yes even Raora.
The reverse was true of Liz who is an old hand at musical production and industry knowledge. The other three Justice memes aren't too interested in the music side of it all, so it seems at a glance, while Liz lives and breathes music.

No, capes are some of the easiest things to make. Embroider it a little and its fine. Shame I'm not at work, I'd post my design.
The hardest thing I've found about the design is the bodice, hard to get the bones in the dress like that, especially if you're using a body stocking for the underparts of it.

You'd never make an outfit like Liz's as just one costume, which a lot of people seem to not understand about her gear regardless.

Sorry about the late reply.
Making the top a bodice is a personal flare since I designed the cosplays I made to use a body stocking for the darker parts of Liz's torso. Having the white parts stitched onto it didn't make much sense since it'd start tearing too quickly.
So, use bones to keep the overall shape and an invisible zip for the back, that way you can use it as a casual bodice.
Also helps with sitting down since it makes adjusting the torso easier, you don't have to lift if you want to lean forwards and it less of a pain on the back.

I was in work mode anon, they may as well have been grey amorphous blobs for how well I remember them physically.
What it amounts to is one was a teen and the other a twenty-something. The twenty-something had a nice figure (according to her measurements) but was extremely nervous about a man taking her measurements, (I didn't, the seamstress did).
